Steps for online application
1. Go to ICUeducation.com and register yourself. Each Candidate MUST have their own registration and login ID. Please note these login details so that you do not forget in future.
2. Go to “dashboard” where you will see a list of examinations open for registration.
3. “Register” means the exam is open for registration. “Notify me” means the exam is not open for registration at this moment. If you wish to be notified whenever registrations open for that category of examination, then you can click on “Notify me”.
4. If you click on “Register” for any exam, the system will first check if you are a Member of the College of Critical Care Medicine. This is a pre-requisite for enrolling for an examination. If you are not a member, you will get a red alert on top of the page “Please become a CCM member to register for exam”. If you are seeing this alert, first become a member of CCEF by applying for the same on icueducation.com. It’s a very simple process and membership number is immediately generated after payment.
Instructions for Filling the online Examination application can be downloaded here. It is very important to read/listen to the instructions before filling the online application. Keep all documents for uploading ready before starting. Most importantly, as your photo will appear on your certificate, Please ensure that you upload a very clear photo with white background, wear a light colored dress. Your face should occupy 80% of the photo area. Please do not wear a cap/hat. Your ears must be visible so tie your hair behind accordingly. If you wear spectacles, they are allowed in the photograph. Take a professional photo in a studio and not with your mobile, Look into the camera. Do not wear a stethoscope.
Instructions for Resizing photograph can be downloaded here. The photo will only be uploaded if the height is 513 px and 413 px wide. File can be JPG, JPEG, or PNG format but must be less than 1 MB in size. JPG files are generally smaller than PNG. Remember that your photograph will appear on your Fellowship Examination Passing Certificate so it must strictly be meeting standard criteria and size. Do this before registering for the exam online.
