Eligibility for becoming an Examiner for the FCCCM (new) and AFIC Examinations

A. Eligibility for becoming an Examiner for the FCCCM examination (new):

1. Candidates who have passed the FCCCM / AFIC examination are eligible to become an examiner for FCCCM examinations after:
Attending at least 2 FCCCM exams as an observer examiner.

2. Non-FCCCM passed doctors who spend more than 50% of their professional time in Critical Care may become an examiner on completing following requirements:
(a). Graduation + 4 years of ICU working experience or Post-graduation + 2 years of ICU working experience
(b). Attending 4-day Orientation Course for FCCCM.
(c). Attending at least 2 FCCCM exams as an observer examiner.

B. Eligibility for becoming an Examiner for the AFIC examination:

1. Candidates who have passed the AFIC examination are eligible to become an examiner for AFIC examinations after:
Attending at least 2 AFIC exams as an observer examiner.

2. Non-AFIC passed doctors who spend more than 50% of their professional time in Critical Care may become an examiner on completing following requirements:
(a). Graduation + 6 years of ICU working experience or Post-graduation + 3 years of ICU working experience
(b). Attending 4-day Orientation Course for FCCCM.
(c). Attending 4-day Orientation Course for AFIC.
(d). Attending at least 2 AFIC exams as an observer examiner.
